Overview

The Master of Public Health (MPH) program at NSHM Knowledge Campus in Durgapur is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to address public health challenges effectively. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of topics including epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy and management, environmental health, and many more. Through a blend of theoretical learning, practical training, and fieldwork experiences, students gain a deep understanding of public health principles and practices. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and guidance from experienced faculty members, graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers in various sectors such as healthcare organizations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, research institutions, and international health organizations. Our MPH program emphasizes critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration, empowering graduates to make meaningful contributions to improving population health and advancing public health initiatives locally, nationally, and globally.

Environmental Science

Scientific study of the environmental system, status of its inherent or induced changes on organisms, study of physical and biological characters of the environment, social and cultural factors, and the impact of health on environment, and vice-versa.

Public Health Policy
