B. Tech. Electrical and Electronics Engineering is an undergraduate programme offered under the engineering spectrum. NSHM is among the prominent Electrical Engineering colleges in West Bengal offering a 4-year programme that deals with concepts related to electricity and electric machinery.
The B.Tech. EEE subjects include basic engineering subjects like maths and physics combined with in-depth basic electrical engineering subjects and its applications in electronics fields which are key components of study for Electrical related courses. It also deals with the working, maintenance, designing, and analysis of various electrical circuits that can be used across domains such as transportation, machinery, daily appliances, etc. and analysis of various types of power machinery that are deployed in the production line and analysis home electric boards and home appliances and development of advanced systems such as automation, humanoid robots, automated guided vehicles, artificial intelligence, etc.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a core branch of engineering and demand for skilled professionals will always be there. With the invention of new gadgets and devices, the field is ever expanding and the professionals will remain relevant for generations. Some of the job profiles in this field are:
