OVERVIEW
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in 2010 with an intake capacity of 60 students.
The ECE department is one of the core branches of engineering, focusing on the design, development, and application of electronic devices, circuits, and communication systems. The department has several well equipped laboratories for the students. It has a departmental Library with adequate books.
The Department constitute with highly qualified faculty members committed to academic excellence and research innovation along with quality teaching practices in diverse fields. The reflection of the research activities is observed in the quality publications of the department as a whole. Regular Seminar, workshops, industrial visits, Internship and projects provide students with valuable industry exposure and practical insight. The department actively collaborates with reputed organizations such as BOPT (Board of Practical Training) and Edu skills to enhance students’ employability through industry-oriented training, internships and certification programmes.
Graduates from the ECE department find rewarding careers in core electronics industries, telecommunications, IT and software sectors such as INTEL, BSNL, ERICSSON, and TATA MOTORS. Many also pursue higher studies and research at reputed national and international institutions in emerging technologies.
