The Department of Psychology successfully organized a workshop titled “Stress Management: Stress Stories and Self-Care” on 5th January 2026. The session aimed to create awareness about the impact of stress in daily life and to equip participants with practical strategies for maintaining mental well-being.
The workshop provided an interactive platform where participants shared personal stress experiences (“stress stories”), fostering a sense of openness and collective understanding. Expert insights were offered on identifying stress triggers, emotional regulation, and adopting effective self-care practices.
