About the Event

THE COURSE HAS 21 LESSONS DIVIDED OVER 9 MODULES.
- MODULE 0: Orientation (having 2 Mandatory Online Lectures on Entrepreneurial Leadership and Design Thinking).
- MODULE 1: Problem Identification (having 3 Mandatory Online Lessons on Problem perspective, Real World Problems, and analysing problems)
- MODULE 2: Customer Identification & Needs validation (having 3 Mandatory Online Lessons on Identifying customer segments, assessing jobs-to-be-done, and Developing customers’ persona)
- MODULE 3: Solution Idea Generation (having 2 Mandatory Online Lessons on Examine Ideation techniques and generating solution ideas)
- MODULE 4: Opportunity & Competition Mapping (having 3 Mandatory Online Lessons on identifying global competitors, Reviewing industry trends cum estimation of market size, and Introduction to Financial Planning)
- MODULE 5: Prototype development and MVP (having 2 Mandatory Online Lessons on an overview of prototypes and MVP, building on the initial prototype)
- MODULE 6: Business Modelling (having 3 mandatory Online Lessons on Examining revenue models, reviewing and organising lean canvas and building LC for the startup)
- MODULE 7: Financial Management for Profitability (having 1 mandatory Online lesson on analysing the path to profitability)
- MODULE 8: Financial Milestone – Venture Idea feasibility presentation (having 2 Mandatory Online Lessons on Venture Idea feasibility presentation and Entrepreneurship endline – survey).
Event Guideline
Entrepreneurship Bootcamp & Business Plan Competition
Eligibility
- Open to all Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students from recognised colleges, universities, or institutions.
- Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognised college/university/institution.
- Participants must register as a team of 2 to 4 members.
- Each team must designate a Team Leader for communication and coordination.
- Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (or through selection, if applicable).
Registration
- Registration must be completed via the official Google Form link provided.
- Teams must upload valid payment confirmation (UTR – transaction details) and fill all required fields accurately.
- The last date for registration is 30th September 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Registration fees per team – Rs. 1500/-
Bootcamp Participation
- The bootcamp will be conducted online over 5 consecutive days.
- Attendance is mandatory for all the sessions. Daily login and participation will be monitored.
- Participants must complete all internal assessments and assignments to qualify for the final round of the competition.
- Login credentials will be shared via email and WhatsApp after successful registration.
Business Plan Submission
- Teams must submit their final business plan by the deadline communicated during the bootcamp.
- Submissions must follow the prescribed format and include an executive summary, market analysis, business model, financial projections, and impact statement.
Pitching Competition
- Boot camp: 13th to 17th October 2025
- The Business Plan Round will be held offline at The Bhawanipur Education Society College on 18th October 2025.
- Shortlisted teams will advance to the Final Pitching Round (Offline) at the same venue on 25th October 2025.
- Each team will present its pitch deck to a panel of judges within the allotted time.
- Use of visual aids, prototypes, and digital presentations is encouraged.
Awards and Recognition
- There are Incredible Cash Prizes for Winners & Runners Up.
- All participants who complete the bootcamp will receive Certificates of Participation.
Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain professionalism and respect throughout the event.
- Plagiarism or misrepresentation of ideas will lead to disqualification.
- Decisions made by the organising committee and judging panel are final and binding.
General Terms
- The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule or format if necessary.
- All communications will be made via the registered email and WhatsApp group.
- By registering, participants agree to abide by all rules and decisions related to the event.
- Students will have access to Wi-Fi on the submission date.
- Students may have access to their mentors through external communication on 18th October 2025; however, mentors will not be allowed to be physically present in the venue.
- No External Communication (in any form) will be allowed on 25th October 2025.
