Day 2 Highlights (21st November 2025)
Strategia: The Grand Challenge 2025 – There are four inter-college competitions scheduled for 21st November 2025, and each student may choose to participate in only one of them.
Team Guidelines:
- This is a team-based challenge.
- Each team must have 2 (minimum) to 4 (maximum) members.
- Registration is per individual, not per group (each member must register separately).
Competition I – The Valuation Challenge by Times Pro – The Valuation Challenge brings participants face-to-face with complex financial and corporate scenarios where technology, strategy, and operations converge.
Join a fun competition where you solve real business problems like experts do!
- Solve cases about money, markets, and rules.
- Work with your team to make smart decisions.
- No finance background needed—anyone who loves solving problems can join.
- Learn how to manage risks and plan.
- Help protect banks and businesses from challenges.
Example: You might face a situation where an investment banker is facing a challenge regarding the valuation of a corporate business. Your team will provide a feasible solution for the investment banker.
Eligibility: Open to all students with an interest in finance, corporate strategy, and problem-solving. A finance specialization is not mandatory.
Competition II- Business Bulletin Challenge by Indus Net Technologies – This competition is about knowing the latest business news and understanding brands and marketing.
- You’ll answer questions about important business events happening now.
- You’ll identify brands by their logos, taglines, or ads.
- You’ll solve tasks that show how well you understand marketing and advertising.
Example: Match a famous logo for its company or explain the idea behind a recent ad campaign.
Eligibility: Who can join? Any student (undergraduate or postgraduate) who loves business news and wants to learn more about marketing.
Competition III- The PulsePoint Challenge by Manipal Hospital – Step into the world of healthcare where every decision can change lives.
- Analyze real medical cases to find key problems.
- Develop practical solutions that help patients and healthcare providers.
- Think deeply and show empathy to understand human needs.
- Learn how your choices can impact healthcare broadly.
Eligibility: All undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in healthcare, strategy, and problem-solving who want to make a real difference.
Competition IV) The Leadership Lab – Leadership isn’t just about ideas — it’s about making decisions when it counts.
- Step into real workplace situations through live role-play.
- Solve tough human resource challenges like a manager.
- Build skills in handling people, performance, and pressure.
- Learn to lead with both empathy and confidence.
Eligibility: All undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in leadership, people management, and workplace skills.
CONFERENCE E-POSTER DETAILS
Theme: AI, Disruptive Innovation, and Strategy in Industry 5.0
Objective: The poster session aims to encourage students to explore how AI, disruptive innovation, and Industry 5.0 are transforming industries, management practices, and society. Posters should be insightful, visually engaging, and conceptually clear, highlighting applications, strategies, or ethical considerations in their field of study.

Poster Format & Guidelines
- Size & Orientation: A1 or A0 (portrait or landscape)
- Digital Format: Submit poster as a PDF file optimized for on-screen viewing. Typical recommended resolution allows clear viewing on digital devices (e.g., 72 dpi or higher).
Content Requirements:
- Title and authors
- Objective or problem statement
- Key findings/insights
- Visuals such as charts, diagrams, images
- References if applicable
Design Tips:
- Use high contrast colors and readable fonts (sans-serif recommended)
- Ensure text is legible on screen from a distance (~1-2 meters)
- Use creativity and visuals to simplify complex ideas
- Avoid excessive text; focus on clarity and engagement
E-Poster Display: Posters will be showcased digitally on dedicated screens or through an e-poster gallery accessible to all participants.
