Dr. Sujit K. Basu
A Ph.D. (North Carolina) holder, F.A.Sc.T., Cav. OMRI and M.Sc.(Calcutta) with over 37 years of experience in the domain of Management Education, Dr. Basu was formerly the Vice Chancellor of Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan. He was also the Director, Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon and the Director General, Institute of Integrated Learning in Management, Delhi. He has held the position of Director, Army Institute of Management, Kolkata and was the Professor of Operations Management, IIM Calcutta.

Mr. Jaydeep H Goswami
Jaydeep H Goswami has joined us as the Deputy Director – HR, Administration and Legal.
Jaydeep brings with him an extensive HR Generalist experience from leading Manufacturing, Service and Media Sectors like the ACC Limited, Jet airways and the India Today group, in managing large and multi location teams. He has held portfolios in the entire gamut of HR – HR Brand Building, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management including Learning & Development, Integration Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Relations and General Administration.
His core areas are Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, Best in Class HR Practices and Processes, Organization Effectiveness, Strategic & Operational HR including HR transformation, Continuous Improvements and Rightsizing.

Prior to his joining NSHM in the year 2002, he had been a social entrepreneur and had been involved with technology based development interventions. In the decade of the 90s he participated in SIRNET (Scientific & Industrial Research Network) establishment as a Scientist, Informatics with CSIR (Min. of S&T, GoI). |

Mr. Anindya Subhro Biswas
After graduating in commerce with an Hons. from University of Calcutta, while ranking 4th in the merit list, he became a Chartered Accountant from ICAI in the year 2000. With 14 years of professional experience, he has worked in diverse industries like Tea, Entertainment, Export and Import, Logistics, Consultancy and Retail Companies of repute. In Apeejay Oxford Bookstores (P) Ltd, he was the CFO. He has exposure in the field of enhancing financial processes and systems, financial forecasts and planning, Corporate Accounting, Budgeting & Control, Business Strategy & Planning etc.
