Starting my professional journey in 2019 as a Department Manager in Training at Reliance Smart (Value Format Stores), I quickly gained hands-on experience in retail operations, merchandising, and team coordination.

My performance led to a key opportunity during the lockdown period, where I was entrusted to launch and drive the JioMart venture for Reliance Retail in Kolkata, successfully establishing operations in a challenging environment.

In 2023, I advanced to the role of Assistant Store Manager, where I played a critical part in the Smart Bazaar conversion from Big Bazaar. My responsibilities included re-engineering store layouts, planning product placements, and leading staff and managerial training to adapt to new operational standards.
