Lead restaurant operations, staff supervision, and guest experience. Host wine tastings and manage wine list, cellar, and pairings. Increased beverage revenue and contributed to a 96% LQA score. Worked with global brands: Taj Hotels, JA The Resort Dubai, and The Rees Hotel.

Represented hotel teams in regional and international beverage competitions.
