Optometry& Vision Science Lab :
The Institute boasts of an enviable 3000 sq. ft. Optometry Laboratory equipped with all the state-of-the-art equipment to support students with relevant practical experience.

Demonstration Lab :
The Demonstration Lab is utilized to train students on clinical skills and are equipped with latest instruments for refractions, contact lenses , low vision devices and orthoptics.

Eye Clinic :
The department has it’s own eye clinic .This facility consists of eight consulting rooms , specialized technique areas, instrumentation rooms, reception and waiting area. This eye Clinic provides a full range of optometric services to the general public. The Department also has a rapidly developing research base and aims to be at the forefront of optometric research and education. The clinic provides full optometric services. Optometry students receive direct patient care experience in the areas of Primary Care , Contact Lenses , Geriatrics , Pediatrics, Low Vision , Binocular Vision. Over 2000 patients have been examined in the last 1 year.

Executive Classroom :

The Executive classroom (ECR) provides an ideal study environment with state-of-the-art presentation and communication facilities. It's purpose is to provide a world-class facility for student-faculty interactions. It is in keeping in pace with NSHM’s vision of becoming an institution of excellence through innovation and quality. In the increasingly Globalized environment of today ,it is imperative that an international-quality environment is created to enable proper dissemination of knowledge. Top Quality Executive Development Programmes demand top quality facilities. The ECR is meant to do just that. The ECR environment has inherent flexibility to change and bring in new technologies and adapt to changing requirements as and when required , not only now but also in the future. The two way Video Conferencing facility at the ECR connects us to the world and enables creation of a virtual classroom.

Language and Personality Development Lab :
Developed in association with CACM ,STEP,IIT KGP this unique learning facility helps students hone their communication competencies. Set up in an amphitheatre format, the Lab is well equipped with modern communication gadgets.
The Lab is used to ◊Facilitate English and foreign language learning ◊Improve communication competencies◊ Learning presentation techniques ◊Conducting group Discussions , Role Play, Leadership training and mock interviews ◊Improve body language ◊Developing effective listening skills.

Seminar Hall :

Industry experts and international faculties often come to share their thoughts with students of NSHM. Seminars and presentations on Corporate and social issues are frequently organized at the spacious Seminar Hall of NSHM Knowledge Campus.

Library :

The NSHM Library at both its campuses holds a myriad collection of printed as well electronic resources that include books , journals , , databases , audio-visuals , CDs/DVDs , e-books , on-line journals , reports , case studies , conference proceedings training manuals , etc.
Probably the largest among private (non-engineering )colleges , the library stores over 20 ,000 books and more than 60 international and national journals. The introduction of Digital Library facility has made study materials , accessible to students round the clock. With over 50 networked workstations at their disposal , students can make the best utilization of the e-library.
