NSMC is perhaps the only media school in Eastern India that could boast of having modern equipment setup and full-time media lab technicians, helping students in honing their skills to become effective media professionals. NSMC comprises state-of – the-are labs for Photography (Still/Digital), A/V Studio, A/V Recording and Editing, Graphics and Animation and other Multimedia Production Systems, primarily over Mac platforms using an array of PowerMacs, iMacs Network Devices, Software.
The Production Studio is equipped with digital video cameras with on-line switchers, lighting and other associated acoustics and ergonomic features in tune with industry standards. A Radio Studio for radio productions is also in place.
The labs have on-line DV camera network in studio and networking of 14 power Macs and 6 iMacs in place for integrated media development and communication designs. |
