Dr. Chatterjee has rich corporate experience. He was associated with companies like Apple Systems Ltd., Bengal Tools Ltd for 12 years. Before joining to academics he was the area sales manager in Bengal Tools Ltd., Kolkata

Area of Interest: Consumer Behaviour and Customer Satisfaction.
