The annual food festival of NSHM School of Hotel Management
Actung is a Grand Gourmet Extravaganza. The festival was a gastronomical treat, featuring exciting Mexican cuisine and Mystique of India in the form of Awadhi cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients and a painstaking commitment to culinary excellence.
Everyone enjoyed the heritage food trails and experienced culinary talent showcased by young aspirants of Hotel Industry. Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor, one of the top chefs in India, graced the occasion with his presence and guidence. |

20th October is a grand day of all culinary lovers. This year the world chef’s day was celebrated by NSHM School of hotel management in a grand style.
Chef Manjit Singh (Ex.Sous Chef Holiday Inn Goa and an alumni of our college), Chef Naresh of Main Land China and Chef Prased Chef de Partie of Taj Bengal Kolkata were invited at our college campus to demonstrate there favorite recipes, and interact and teach the hotel management student.
All these mouth- watering unique dishes & wonderful presentation of the Chef was appreciated by all and was indeed a learning experience of the student. The day was enjoyable as well as a training session for all. |
