WORKSHOP ON ‘HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION’!

NSHM College of Management & Technology, Kolkata provided an excellent opportunity for the aspiring BCA (Hons) & M.Sc Computer Science students in academic session, 2015 to attend a 1-day Certification Workshop in Human Computer Interaction involving Robotics as a case. The workshop had eminent speakers Prof. Amlan Chakrabarty and Prof. Anupam Basu as resource persons for guiding the students.
Brief introduction of the speakers
- Prof. Anupam Basu is presently a Professor at Department of Computer Science Engineering in IIT Kharagpur. Previously he has taught at University of California, Irvine and University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada as a visiting Professor and has been the Humboldt Fellow at TU Dortmund, Germany.
- Prof. Amlan Chakrabarty is presently Associate Professor at Department of Computer Science Engineering in University of Calcutta. He has completed his research in ISI, Kolkata and done his post doctoral research in MIT and Princeton University.
