Masterclass with Eddie Stern

NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata organized a two-day “Yoga Masterclass with the renowned International Yoga Guru ‘Eddie Stern’ at its Kolkata campus. Eddie is popularly known as a yogi to the stars having worked with A-list celebrities like Deepak Chopra, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and others.The event aimed to help yoga students, practitioners, teachers and other fitness enthusiasts in the city understand how asana,pranayama and meditation can function as a healing therapy in improving the overall mental and physical well-being of individuals. The session also witnessed Yoga Acharya Mary Cecil, and mentor of Yoga programmes at NSHM Knowledge Campus, help participants understand that Yoga is not just a practise but also an approach towards a more holistic way of living which helps to develop a deeper sense of self awareness and better understanding of the purpose of life. Participants from outfits like FICCI FLO, Narendrapur Ramkrishna Mission and ISKCON took part in this session.
