| NILOY SARKAR, Sr. Assistant Professor and Head of the Department- Hospital Management : |
Prof. Niloy Sarkar has done Post Graduate Programme in Hospital & Health Care Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Buniness Management (IISWBM) - Kolkata and has done M.Phil. in Hospital and Health System Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) – Pilani. Prof. Sarkar has over 5 years experience in Hospital Management in Birla Group of Hospitals (The Calcutta Medical Research Institutu and B.M. Birla Heart Research Centre- Kolkata) in different capacities and more than 4 years of experience in teaching as Asst. Professor and Head in Dept. of Hospital Management in NSHM College of Management & Technology- Durgapur.
He has carried out extensive research in the field of Manpower Planning, TQM, Quality and Cost- Effectiveness in Indian Health care System. He has published several articles in Indian and International Journals.He has also participated in national and international conferences in the areas of Healthcare Management.
Prof. Sarkar is also Hon’y Regional Director of Indian Society of Health Administrators- Bangalore. |

Ms. Anindita Patra has done Post Graduation Diploma in Health Care & Hospital Management from IISWBM, Kolkata. She is associated with academics for the last two years.
She is carrying out research in “Changing scenario of customer expectation for healthcare”. |

Mr. Soumik Gangopadhyay has done bachelor in pharmacy (B.PHARMACY) from Bangalore University, M.B.A (Mktg & Hospital Mgmt.) from Annamalai University.
Mr. Gangopadhyay has 8.7 years of working experience in different national & multinational companies like Gluconate Healthcare ltd., Cachet pharmaceuticals limited, Zydus Cadila healthcare limited. He was awarded GOLD medal twice for his achievements from Cadila healthcare ltd.
He is associated with academics for the last 1.6 years in the institutions like Bengal College of Eng. & Technology , NSHM college of Mgmt. & technology.
He is carrying out research in the area of “ application of marketing in healthcare sector to be benefitted to the patient regarding cost & time”. |
