Food Safety Training and Certification Program (FoSTaC)

 

Overview

It is a large scale training programme of Food Safety & Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) initiated with the aim to spread education and raise awareness on Food Safety & Standards Act, Rules & Regulation among food business operators.

FoSTaC is a participatory program of training and capacity building, designed to enhance public awareness while simultaneously training food handlers across the value chain.

Eligibility

For Level 1: 10 + 2 passed with minimum 6-month experience in food business industries

For Level 2&3: Graduate and minimum 6-month experience in food business industries. Students related to Food Business Industry.

Basic Level Courses: 500/- ( Level 1 – Duration 4-8hrs/day)

Advance & Special Level Course: 1500/- (Level 2 & 3 – Duration 8hrs/day)
