| Academic Qualifications : |
| Applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination and English as a compulsory subject. |

| Age : |
| Applicants must be seventeen years on or before joining the course. |

| Special Requirements : |
Applicants for BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)-Mathematics/ Computer Application/ Business Mathematics XII is compulsory.
Applications for B.OPTM (Bachelor of Optometry & Vision Science)-Science Stream with Mathematics/ Biology as a compulsory subject. |

| Admission Process - |
The eligible candidate has to apply to the campus of his choice with the application form duly filled up along with the supporting documents (photocopies of Class – X & XII mark sheet, Class-X admit Card and 6 copies of passport size photographs).
The form can be procured from any of the Campuses by paying Rs.100 or he/she can send a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata/Durgapur (as applicable). In this case the Application form along with the prospectus will be couriered to the candidate. Candidates can also download the application form here and can send us the filled-in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata/Durgapur ( as applicable).
The student should qualify class-XII board exam with minimum 50% marks and the University Entrance Test (WBUT-CET).Candidates applying for Degree in Hotel Management & Catering technology will have to qualify JEHOM conducted by West Bengal Board of Examination.
Students appearing for class XII board exam can also apply; in such cases admission will be provisional till he/she clears the board exam.
Your admission to NSHM Knowledge Campus will be confirmed only after you have cleared the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) eligibility criteria or JEHOM Entrance Exam (conducted by West Bengal Board of Examination) whenever it is held by the University / Board. Please visit www.wbutcet.org for CET examination details and http://jexab.becs.ac.in for JEHOM details. JEHOM exam is applicable for students applying for Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM-4 year) only. CET exam is applicable for all other under graduate degree courses affiliated to WBUT. |

| Applicants must be Twenty years on or before joining the course. |

The eligible candidate has to apply to the campus of his choice with the application form duly filled up along with the supporting documents.
The form can be procured from any of the Campuses by paying Rs.100 or he/she can send a DD of Rs.550/- drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata/Durgapur/Gurgaon (as applicable). In this case the Application form along with the prospectus will be couriered to the candidate. Candidates can also download the application form here and can send us the filled-in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 100 drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata/Durgapur/Gurgaon ( as applicable).
Graduation (with minimum 50% marks) with a valid score of MAT/CAT/XAT/WBJEEMAT or any all India level Management Aptitude Test (as applicable).
Candidates appearing for the final year exam can also apply. In such cases admission will be provisional till the candidate clears the University exam.
The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the Personal Interview conducted by NSHM. |
